PUMP – is your original barbell class that strengthens & sculpts your entire body. 2/5 Coordination, 4/5 Intensity
BALANCE – is your unique blend of yoga, tai chi & pilates to build flexibility & develop core muscle strength. 3/5 Coordination, 3/5 Intensity
PUNCH – is your ultimate fitness based boxing class, that also incorporates upper body strength & endurance. 2/5 Coordination, 4/5 Intensity
TBTA – is your tummy, butt, thighs and arms toning based class. It targets those bits that everyone wants to firm & shape. 3/5 Coordination, 3/5 Intensity
CIRCUIT – is your total body strength & fitness class that includes boxing, TRX, weights & plenty of variety while burning maximum calories. 2/5 Coordination, 4/5 Intensity
RPM / CYCLE – is your indoor cycling workout involving a mixed terrain of flats, sprints, intervals & hills to the rhythm of powerful music. 1/5 Coordination, 4/5 Intensity
ZUMBA – is a fusion of latin & international music that creates a dynamic, fun & effective dance fitness class. 2/5 Coordination, 2/5 Intensity
BIKEBOX – your upper & lower body, 50/50 combination class of cycling & boxing to give you an overall workout. 2/5 Coordination, 4/5 Intensity
BOOMERS – is your 'in between' strength, fitness & flexibility class that is easier than traditional aerobics but harder than seniors. 2/5 Coordination, 2/5 Intensity
SENIORS – is your gentle strength, fitness & flexibility class incorporating balance & coordination exercises & social interaction. 1/5 Coordination, 1/5 Intensity
HEARTWALK – is the Heart Foundation's social walking group to promote heart healthy living. 1/5 Coordination, 1/5 Intensity
HEARTMOVES – is the Heart Foundation's specialised class for first timers & anyone rehabilitating from injury or illness. 1/5 Coordination, 1/5 Intensity
• Please arrive on time and join the warm up to ensure you are ready for each class
• 6.15am early morning classes are of 45 minute duration
• All other classes are of 55 minute duration
• Please use water to rehydrate yourself during your class & a towel for hygiene
• Please advise the instructor if you are new to the class, have an injury or an illness
• Cotton inner gloves are required for all classes that involve boxing
• Please dress in layers during cold weather and remove them when you have warmed up
• We are open Monday – Friday 5.30am til 8pm, Saturday 7am til12noon & Sunday 3pm til 6pm
• Childminding is available Weekdays 9am til 11am, Mon & Thu 5.15pm - 7.30pm and Sat 7.15am til 10.45am.
Prams may be used for the morning childminding sessions. Book the day before, to receive a discounted rate.
