How It Works
We use a variety of exercise stations throughout the studio, that change every 60 seconds, to condition all of your body parts by incorporating resistance training, body weight training, TRX, machines and functional movement techniques. These classes are run by personal trainers who can alter exercises to suit individual needs. This is the perfect class for working at a pace that suits you and your goals.
