Everybody over the age of 50 who wants an in between’ strength, fitness & flexibility class that is easier than traditional aerobics but harder than 50+ Circuit.
How It Works
We help you to feel energised and active as we work on cardiovascular fitness and increase the heart rate and body temperature. This class incorporates whole body range of movement exercises that focus on agility, fitness and strength work. A must do class to keep fit, active, strong and mentally aware.
